Update: Shelter Services and COVID-19
Willamette Humane Society is taking precautions to ensure the health and well-being of our pets and people. Currently, the shelter is offering appointment-only services daily (Monday through Sunday) from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
To adopt a pet, please visit this page for the step-by-step process. Please note! We’re currently receiving more than 3X the usual volume of adoption inquiries and our team is working hard to follow up with all potential pet parents. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and kindness during this time!
If you need to surrender an animal or bring in a stray, please schedule an appointment with our Customer Service Team by calling and leaving a message at 503-585-5900 (select option #1) or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Currently, we are only able to schedule assessment appointments for dogs on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
