About Our Guests:
SOAR is a new veterinary rehabilitation facility in the Salem Veterinary Emergency Clinic. We have a veterinarian, Julie Rowley and a licensed technician, Sarah Ostrin. Julie has been a veterinarian in Salem for the last 14 years, is a diplomate of ABVP (canine/feline) and is currently working on certification for as a certified canine rehabilitation practitioner (CCRP). Sarah has been a rehab tech and CCRP for the last 6 years at Oregon State University.
Julie’s desire to do more for her patients, and Sarah’s love for rehab and desire to spend more time with her family inspired the opening of SOAR. We have been open since March and have already had the privilege of helping many pets!
