Willamette Humane Society is excited to welcome Sherri Partridge as our new Director of Development and Community Relations! In her new role, Sherri will oversee the shelter’s fundraising and development efforts, as well as community and donor relations initiatives.
Prior to joining the Willamette Humane Society team, Sherri worked for Salem Hospital and the Salem Hospital Foundation in various capacities for 30 years. She most recently served as the Foundation’s Annual Giving Officer.
She also loves serving her local community, and is a past board member of the American Red Cross, the Boys and Girls Club of Marion and Polk counties, Healthcare Communicators of Oregon and the Marion County Historical Society, as well as a past board member and board president right here at WHS.
Sherri is a long-time resident of the Salem community, where she has lived for 30 years with her husband, daughter, and four-legged family members— Rome, a boxer and Willamette Humane Society alumni, as well as cats Lola and Sapphire. When not working or volunteering, Sherri enjoys hanging out with her family, going to concerts, and spending time hiking and exploring the outdoors in Central Oregon.
