Your dog is your best friend. The OHS Salem Campus Behavior and Training Program is here to teach the skills and build confidence to help your pooch be the best dog he or she can be.
Our team of canine training professionals believe in humane, safe, and effective training methods that make learning fun for both ends of the leash—whether you are bringing home a new puppy or helping your family dog learn some new tricks.
What Classes Should I Choose?
Oregon Humane Society’s public training classes take place right here at the shelter, giving you access to our fully-equipped facilities and professional staff. We are pleased to offer classes that fit your needs and hours that work with your schedule.
We offer a variety of solutions, including:
- Small group classes
- Basic manners, puppy, specialty classes, and more!
- Private training lessons
- Personalized behavior consultations
- Virtual private lessons
Oregon Humane Society now offers AKC’s Canine Good Citizen examinations! The CGC program is the gold standard of behavior for dogs in our communities. Each exam is $40. Email us at email@example.com for more information.
