Hi, I'm Bailey! Did you know today is #Internation Hi, I'm Bailey! Did you know today is #InternationalFamilyDay?

I am hoping I'll find that special #family to call my own... but full disclosure, I live with a rare disorder called Addison's disease. Basically, it affects my adrenal gland's ability to produce hormones. A simple, daily dose of corticosteroid hormone treatment is all I need to feel like myself.

It takes a special person to handle a pooch like me, but I promise I'm worth the extra effort. I am a little shy when meeting new people, but I warm up quickly and become a big snuggle bug. I wouldn't mind being a solo pet, but I'd love to join a #pack with another dog or cat.

Check out the link in our bio to schedule a visit with me!

Our #dogoftheday today is Shilo 😍 At just six Our #dogoftheday today is Shilo 😍

At just six months old, he's looking for his #foreverhome with a family who's ready for a high-energy and affectionate pup. WHS believes The Three P's will set him up for lifelong success:

1. Patience - He's a little shy to warm up, but quickly lets down his guard and becomes a "shadow dog"!
2. Persistence - "Sit. Leave it. Come, Shilo!"
3. Paw-sitive reinforcement - He's especially a fan of durable toys he can gnaw on 🦷🦷

Feeling smitten over Shilo? Check our bio for the link to his adoption page.
