We have the sweetest adoption story to brighten your day. We’ll let the family tell you all about it.
“I occasionally go by WHS to visit the cute pets. This one particular day, a young boy volunteering asked if I was looking to adopt and after saying no, he says ‘you’re gonna find a cat you love and just can’t live without,’ and low and behold I found Neveah, now known as Norri. I don’t know what it was about her, but I just couldn’t walk away and I’m sure glad I didn’t!
She is the spunkiest, most energetic cat I have ever had in my entire life. She adapted so easily it was like it was meant to be – she was even a champ when we had to move apartments just three short months after her adoption.
She will play with her toys for hours on end and transforms our apartment into her very own jungle gym, doing zoomies from room to room and even jumping off the sides of walls! She takes her afternoon naps on the very top of the kitchen cabinets and absolutely loves going inside the cabinets to explore – even at the vets office. She makes the perfect cuddler and makes waking up in the morning easier because as soon as the alarm goes off, she’s right there asking for loves and ready to play!
She has been the excitement and energy I need during these tough times with COVID and I would be going crazy without her! Thanks WHS!!”
